The Your Bones book by Lara Pizzorno has been published.   This 2nd edition includes a revised chapter on Bone Building Exercises with text provided by Nancy Brose (me) and Kristi Quinn (a friend and STOTT PILATES teacher trainer).    The Pilates for Osteoporosis course I teach is held at Kristi’s studio in Seattle – Body Center Studios.  Find my name in print, come to the book talk and demonstration — May 18, 3-5pm  Hint — See pages 271-298 and page 355.
